Really guys? You can get an MOT certificate over the phone these days Seriously? Lol!! I have a rotten old man that does my MOT. Failed my car once because I had the stem...or whatever you call it for my satnav left on the windscreen. Got the paperwork to prove it too...just because he couldn't fin...
