I have already filled the holes with fiberglass but its also on the edge of the arch, working its way up.
However, that could be an idea if I could just shape it right after cutting away the rust.

Has anyone got any temporary solutions to my rusty ass arches. Ideally both inner and out arches need completely replacing as even though they've already been replaced in their lifetime, they are both just a thin piece of metal with filler on-top that has still significantly rusted. The codes I've got are 1-1, 7-2 and 1-1. Yes I used a mulit-meter on it and that is probably 100% the reason it broke.
