Was this comment about the metallic red 4th Gen? That fella ( no names, no pack-drill ) was a rather prickly person to deal with.

Sorry haven't been on here in a long time.

Yes it was that car. I wanted to buy it but the guy was so annoying to deal with. Poor quality photos and videos. Telling me everything was mint. Quite clearly the rear arches had been done, and it didn't look like they had been done that well but because of his dodgy videos it was really hard to tell.

Eventually he sent the car to manor park classics for auction. Think it got around 5.5k.

Hi ATR, yes, he was a real strange cove. Made two appointments to visit him, both cancelled due to bizarre excuses, one of those appointments cancelled early on a Sunday morning, just as I was setting off to go over to Grimsby to see him.
Tried calling him and messaging him loads of times after the aborted appointments but never got a reply after the initial conversations.
Yes, I saw it in the auction and it went for about half of what he was telling me it was worth, as he was utterly convinced that if he held onto it, it'd fetch £10,000.
