I've just dropped them an email to make sure it'll all be ok on the day.
Ill update this thread with any additional info.
I reckon we should all meet somewhere 10 mins away before convoying on to the place.
Maybe here at 9 on the 25th:

They've got back to me, looks like the 25th is also a Honda meet day, so happy days. 
They did say get there for 9, so we'll have to meet at 8:30 - 8:45 at the spot above.
