Finally changed the knock sensor!

Old

And this is how it was hanging above the oil filter...

Used

What a difference the knock sensor makes. Bought the car with the engine light on with a defective knock sensor.....man what a difference now i love it even more!

Figured i would post this:

This is what i used for the headlights to restore them. There was no sanding involved.

Also not in the picture is a glass cleaner.

1) Sprayed the lense with glass cleaner to give it a little clean up.

2) Spread a layer of Light to Medium Polishing compound, and then added more to the pad and went at it and constantly adding a little more compound as i kept rubbing.

3) Wipe away all the compound and constantly rotating the towel around so its always a clean side

4) Spread a layer of Medium to heavy rubbing compound and did the same thing.

5) Wipe away all the compound and constantly rotating the towel around so its always a clean side

6) Applied the cleaner wax let it sit for a bit and then wipe it all off!

Both sides took me a total of 20 minutes to do

Here is the video i followed!
