Ok…had a quick look and have these two to hand….
Almost there but it’s a bit of a better shot that shows the rad hidden away:
And this one taken after it had been run up to temp a few times just to prove that it actually does run
you can tell as the header has changed to a slightly golden colour:
Still got plenty to do...the air filter for starters is only temporary until I find/make what I actually want but it will do while I iron out the gremlins

Thanks
Do it
Once of the reasons I settled on going down the H2B route was because there were not many about...seems like there might be a few H22 civics lurking about after all. Would be great to see a few more builds

Thanks for all the positive comments – the project is testing my patience at the moment so the comments really help keep the motivation up
While I continue to resolve a few issues I thought I’d post a few more catch up pictures….
The suspension, five stud hub, and EK9 brake stuffs was all purchased fully refurbished with new bushes, ball joints etc. and installed onto the original EK3 project base. Some of these pictures are from them going onto the EK3…
Blackworks Racing adjustable rear camber arms:
Skunk2 Adjustable front arms:
All ready to go on:
All went on along with a set of Tein coilovers…..which I can’t find any pictures of…..
Of course having switched the build to an EK9 all of the above then had to be swapped from one car to the other:
It was a busy day, but at the end….
Glad to finally get the car off the 4 space savers…..still searching for a good condition genuine EK9 grill….but as the car is now not running I guess I have a bit more time to find one

Having a Friday moment of weakness....I'll get the Civic back on track, I'm not one for giving up but really thinking I should have just picked up where I left off with this:
If I didn’t need rear seats I probably would have....but then wouldn’t have scratched the EK9 itch I have had for a very long time.....guess the MR2 will just have to be next on the list...must not start buying parts untill civic is done, must not start buying parts untill civic is done........(right now I'm quite tempted to wheel it out of the garage this weekend, but I probably shouldnt, I'll only end up starting work on something
)
