Can you really erode that much of the internals of an exhaust manifold with sand, and controlled? Genuine interest!

I don't plan on taking a huge amount off as I'm not porting out the head again or anything, just make it a little smoother inside and open it out a bit, maybe open out the end to downpipe a little more with the dremel.
