It defo doesn't have a leak as Matt tested it. I am assuming its white mate as by the time I see it in the rear view mirror its a distance away.

Also topped up the coolant level a few weeks ago and it hasn't leaked at all. No signs anywhere of any leaks.

Compression test read at the lowest cylinder 230 psi and the highest 250, Matt said this is due to the carbon build up in the engine.

He also changed the oil from 10 40 to Shell 5 40 and the car seems to be running a lot smoother.

I am saying its white smoke but it may not be white. The exhaust definitely is covered in black soot so that makes me think its running a bit rich

Iam not sure if someone wrote it already, but one reason to excessive oil consumption is that little hose from Valve cover to Intake Manifold hose. Actually air should flow INTO the engine but if the oil seperator(correct word?) is clogged, it can suck the Oil!! Especially on heavy duty. A longer tube with a loop or a oneway-valve can help.

Think you're talking about the PCV system. Yep, good point about that possibly being clogged and causing blow-by.
Worth checking.
However, that would cause blue/black smoke, Not white?

All i can say is that this is a problem on mine (and previous hondas i had) and my lude is also smokey(white) in VTEC (sometimes) but i guess that comes from something else. However it take oil but maybe 4 liters 5k-10k kilometers while everyday redline and hourlong Autobahn 200+ Trips. So i guess he has serious mechanical damage to the cylinderwall
