help me guys radio and in car clock not working

hi every one it started about a month ago the clock would flick on and off losing time every time i got back in the car and unless i took the front off of the radio it would flash non stop but not work this morning i started her up and nether worked so i ckeked the fuses under bonnet and drivers foot well but no joy any ideas it seamed to start with the cold . my car is a 2000 honda prelude 2.2 vti manual uk

So, your cars clock loses time between driving? How about the trip meter? The car starts up fine?

If it started with the cold it could be a bad connection somewhere thats losing connection when cold. Is there any difference once the cars warmed up?

Yea she starts first time every time Jay butas of today there's no power going to ether clock or the radio I'm confused

Hm, you sure the fuse is ok and is contacting properly? If it is, it must be bad wiring somewhere :think:

I'll go thru them all again but I'm shore there ok . Not wanting to sound thick but what dose contracting mean and how do I check if it is or not thanks for ur help

just make sure it's pushed in all the way :)

also remove them and check for oxidisation (white blobs) on the fuse contacts.
