https://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/japfest
To book club tickets for Japfest 2022 please follow these simple instructions...
1. Club members must go to https://www.fastcar.co.uk/japfest-silve ... b-tickets/
2. Click 'Book Club Tickets' and select 'Tickets' on this page.
3. You will then be prompted to enter your club access code (CLUB NAME: LUDE GENERATION / CLUB ACCESS CODE: LudEgeNeRatiON)
4. Proceed to select required tickets and place order
5. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment
We've slightly changed the way the booking works for 2022. You no longer need to select a vehicle pass separately to your entry ticket, it is now a 2 in 1 ticket. You will however still need to enter your vehicle details as required.
PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket(s) and vehicle pass(es) will be sent via email no later than 3 days before the event date. They will need to be printed and brought with you to the show for scanning on entry. Vehicle passes must be selected upon booking to display a vehicle, without this, you or your members will be unable to display your car.
The deadline to book club tickets is 12 noon Monday 14th March 2022, subject to space availability. Kelsey Media reserve the rights to close club booking before the advertised date.
Not including booking fee's costs are;
£26 per ticket
£35 for track time
£12 for camping

I may be up for this if my car is ready in time, get the car ready first then ill commit...
P.S Printing tickets is a bit archaic in this day and age, you would expect a digital ticket with a barcode/QR code from these organisers by now.

I'll be there but yet again looks.like I'll be in the S660 and organising the s660 club stand. I'll try and make a request to get the stands next to each other.

when you booked the tickets, did you book it with a club pass using our club access code as written at the top of the page here? if so, you'll be fine, just follow the instructions and display the pass they give you and you'll be directed on the day to the site.stefan wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 10:15 pmSo........Tell me please do I need to do anything to be able to park with you guys as a part of a group ? cuz my wife didn't mention that we will be part of the group when she bought tickets It will be my first japfest so I'm not sure how it works. if you didnt, email the organisers asking for a stand pass with lude gen, give them the code and in theory they should give you a free stand pass.
Toyota Celica, im sure you can bring it on the stand no problem, we'll probably just ask if you could park it to one side so that all the preludes can park together thats all. thanks
p.s. the celica will also need a stand pass as well.

I'll email them because she bought to normal tickets & she paid extra for display our cars, that;s it. She didn't knew that there is option for club stand.
Many thanks ones again for all explanations
