Wanted: 3rd Gen Various Parts
Just had a quick peruse. Not a direct fit because the brackets will no doubt be in a different location: so might require a bit of fabrication of an adaptor plate to bolt up between the existing chassis mounting holes and the brackets on the cooler, but this would suit pretty well. https://www.doug...

Wanted: 3rd Gen Various Parts
3g parts are not the easiest to come by unfortunately. Particularly good luck finding a used power steering oil cooler pipe in good nick - I looked for ages for those and failrd. I recall I found one that was an almost identical match, for an Aston Martin (I forget which model I'm afraid) at relati...

4th Gen - Strange 4WS Issue
Update: Hi guys, Just wanted to give you an update on the issue. I can confirm the issue has now been fixed! I ended up replacing the rear hub. I’ve driven it for about 60 miles and thankfully no fault codes. I had the wheel alignment done by a specialist as it was weaving all over the road after t...

Wanted: 4th Gen 4WS Rear Right Side Wheel Hub
Just grinding the area down won't help for sure - the sensor needs to be properly bolted back in place. Without wishing to sound unhelpful, I'm not sure I understand what he's finding so difficult about that? Just drill out the remains of the old bolt carefully and clear the remnants with a tap. Th...

Wanted: 4th Gen 4WS Rear Right Side Wheel Hub
oh no, was just thinking the other day how did the ABS sensor refitting go - not so well possibly! Yes I’m afraid. Matt is finding it difficult to remove the broken bolt so I’m thinking just to replace the hub. He grinding it down enough and put one bolt on but it’s still causing issues with same e...

4th Gen - Strange 4WS Issue
The 5th gen manual lists the clearance between the nub of the sensor and the ring as 0.4 to 1mm only. looks like it might be another couple of millimetres on top of that in your picture. If you can file the bolt off and remove any surface corrosion, lube it up and tap the sensor in so it sits flush...

4th Gen - Strange 4WS Issue
So in my lunch, I went out and took both rear wheels off to do some more checks. The ABS ring looks clean and spins absolutely fine. https://i.postimg.cc/JyTKWHmN/IMG-6886.jpg Also checked the resistance in the sensor, within range and looks fine too. https://i.postimg.cc/7CLMXP7f/IMG-6891.jpg While...

Does the abs issue go away when you use a new ECU? Im not sure I follow what you mean by you did the test with some other ECUs, the ECU is supposed to be unplugged lest it interfere with the circuit you are testing. If the sensor is physically installed fine, sensor is confirmed working, and the ab...
