previous owner may have removed the check light bulb to get through an MOT - tbh i've never heard of an OEM Prelude ECU the cause of any issues. i would best guess it is something else imo

i couldn't agree more, any old aftermarket immobilsers or alarms - remove them asap! done it to all of my preludes ive had as they are just a massive PITA
