Yea you were fairly shifting ther, that car didn't need to be in lane two but that's no excuse for undertaking like that your only making a fool of yourself, I see you done a lot of track time so I don't doubt you have the skill to control the car at speed but not on public roads, what road was that...

If you want a cold air feed have one, cold air is better for the engine but you should make sure your intake is insulated otherwise the air will get warmed up before it gets to your engine, I used some heat wrap I got off some gas engineers on a site and they gave me this metal heat resistant sticky...

I lowered my car 35mm and I hav to watch it over speed bumps and already broke one of the bracket mount things that hold the exhaust to the car, I hav 17inch wheels with like 50mm of rubber so maybe that's my problem, i probably should have gone for coilovers but didn't have the cash at the time
