Good work - I hate replacing the alternator. For some reason its just the most terrible job for no reason other than the bolts and the space available. ABS may still complain about low voltage. If the battery was flat then it will take several hours to be topped up. I'd say the voltage on your pictu...

Mine were more like option #2, with the rubber anti squeal shim: https://brakeparts.co.uk/shop/Honda/Accord/99-03/Accord%20CH1%202.2%20Saloon%20Type%20R/Front%20-%20Brake%20Calipers%20and%20Wheel%20Cylinders/BCF1498 is where I got them from. Id go with the one from brake parts - the listing specific...

The ebay link is also hand made stuff (think he will do customisations too if needed) - I don't think I've ever ordered from demon tweaks. A lot of those places are just resellers for other items, the stock accuracy is never correct, and it always takes months. They never delist discontinued product...

the grille wont affect airflow over the rad. If you get down low and shine a torch in there, can you see all your air con rad fins?

Almost certainly the alternator has died (most likely the regulator).
Batteries do recover some voltage over time immediately after the load is withdrawn, however try not to leave it flat for too long otherwise it can reduce the batteries capacity/performance.

Easiest to just tap into the radio wires rather if you ask me. If you have an ISO wired head unit, the wires should be easily identifiable as yellow/red...

Cars that have left the country and come back can also suffer registration issues.
my 2.2vti in crystal blue metalic went to somewhere in europe, and then came back and was re-registered with DVLA.
Its now a 2.0i with the colour listed as blue (When it most definitely is more silver than blue).
