Main/full beam they do all light up.
I was talking about the H4 bulb playing silly buggers.
Normally the H4 would be dipped beam and main/full beam. Seems for some reason the dipped works as the side light and the full as the dipped light.

Just came across this on mine as a bulb has gone.... The H4 sits in the outer cluster of the two and is dual filament. The H1 sits in the center cluster nearest to the nostrils. I've replaced the c.v joint which seems to have reduced the movement and stopped the noise (don't know for how long) Any ideas on a reliable source for the correct parts?
