DSP Opened up, no sign of crackle i heard before though this needs some cleaning too. https://pw12.nu/STATIC/prelude/JDM%20DSP/DirtyDSP.jpg In the metal case there is another PCB, looks like some pioneer black magic is on this board, I can't find a datasheet for PD00551. This seems to be some custom...

Ok So I've received my JDM DSP set from Thailand. I opened it up first because it looked quite dirty and it was. I cleaned it up as good as I could in two hours time and did a powertest. The backlight is a bit weak so I decided to hook up the DSP to the radio, wrong choice.... The backlight lit up b...

Wanted OEM 4th gen radio+dsp
Any info would be very helpful. Im not going to throw any of the dsp stuff away. The idea was to have a working set in the BB1 and another set as spare or for any forum member that had an issue with their set ( guess thats only a few people in the uk . ). The oem dsp just looks perfect imo. I...

Wanted OEM 4th gen radio+dsp
I did try another stereo (with remote cd changer unplugged) and it worked fine but i did read somewhere the remote cd changer can cause an issue so i want to try another. If it is not that then i have two radio and dsp units that are faulty. All power up fine but just no sound - just occasional lou...

Prelude Remapped chips-JDM Spoon V2 Auto/Manual+UKDM+Chrome+
Not sure if this is the right thread :) Currently my prelude runs on an P28 with Neptune RTP but for archiving purposes I dumped the rom from my EDM P13 (37820-P13-G00). An unknown tune for an H22a2. It has a key101 "protection". I dumped the eeprom with key101 attached with an Xgecu T56 p...

4th gen SRS type I steeringwheel with airbag and clockspring
Yep definitely a good idea to get it refitted and working if you can/are going for a standard car. Where are you located?
