Just for the record if that would help somebody, a friend of mine changed upper ball joints for 4th gen and he used Ruville 917400.

I saw many people in the same situation with F20 mainly with 4th gens. Basically there are two options. Trying to make NA F20 more powerful is not an option. Your BB6 engine build is a very good example to me. I just use P72 for engine management since it's OBD1.
Interesting that you use just 11.0 with S2 Pro 2. And that you left stock rods. That saves more than 1000£.
