I Drove Some Cars

Last week the wife and I were up at Knockhill doing the single seater experience. We were out in new Alpine's for our sighter laps (they were very nice to drive) and then 20 minutes in the 130hp single seaters. The car was more difficult to drive than I was expecting and picked up a few bruises, but...

Anyone used an SRS header?

I had something very similar on my first ever Prelude. It's ok if you want an OEM equivalent, but be prepared for it to corrode up.

You can buy these new, a few years ago they were not that expansive (the VTEC ones anyway). The part number is 31100P14E02 Unfortunately the 2.0 and VTEC have a different part number.

M2B4 5th gear

Out of interest, what are you up to? Are you looking for that exact ratio to put into a different box? Or is it a replacement for a broken gear in your M2B4?

Hardly an inspiring range, is it?

I was at a Honda dealer last year and there was nothing but overpriced boring cars. I was shaking my head at a CRV because they wanted £45K for it, £45K!!!

We got rid of our trusty 1.8 2007 civic a few years ago, it was a great car apart from all the plastic, but I don't think I would buy a new one.

Coolant pipe, radiator cap, bonnet cable

I have a few OEM rad caps knocking around. I won't ever use them as I have Mishimoto rads on both my Ludes. There are two types of rad caps, the Type F and Type D, what one do you have. Below are two examples. Type f https://www.torque-gt.co.uk/hybrid-racing-performance-radiator-cap-type-f.html Type...
