I stopped mine from sagging at that point by squeezing a small amount (pea sized) of sikaflex through that hole (a bit above and a bit below), then placed a towel on the engine to force the shield to the metal and shut the bonnet overnight.

Anyone else who wants to come along is welcome, there's no pre-booking required so it isn't an issue.

They've got back to me, looks like the 25th is also a Honda meet day, so happy days.

They did say get there for 9, so we'll have to meet at 8:30 - 8:45 at the spot above.

I've just dropped them an email to make sure it'll all be ok on the day. Ill update this thread with any additional info. I'll put a date out to get this moving, Saturday the 25th May. We could all meet up beforehand, for breakfast and mosey on down for about 10ish in the morning. Looking a the website, there's no need to prebook, though I'll drop them a message in the next few days just to get a feel for availability....

I run ET32 with 4WS, though this is with 16 inch rims and a fairly conservative ride height.

I assume you've checked the bolts that hold the hinges on? They are unlikely to work themselves loose, but you never know.
