Just wanted to check something.
Should the AC get cold when car isn't moving or do the revs need to be up ?
Mine currently needs to be around 2k or above to start coming out cool.
Is this normal ?
How cold should it get ?

The guy meant the new gas He put in was more than what He removed at the end not the original gas.

Lo :D Update. Took car to My main garage today and they put some gas into the system and compressor now works fine.
