Thanks for the advice. I will give it a go once the weather is a bit warmer. Also got some jap wingswest sides to fix as well.

I picked up a set of value sports type 2 sideskirts.
Quite like the look of them but will need to do some fibreglass repair which i have not done before.
Not sure if i will ever use them :?
Are they worth fixing up?

Yes that sounds right and they always overfuel on start up. Giving the car a good high speed/rpm run can help clear things out - other than that its just basic things to keep any eye on like checking/cleaning spark plugs checking dizzy cap and rotor - can always check timing with basic timing light ...

I did get the cd player fixed it was just a spring in the eject mechanism that needed sorted.
I put the units away somewhere with a view to putting them back in the lude but have been unable to find them... :roll:

Pot holes are a menace - personally if you have had a big hit from a pot hole then I would take it to a garage as they have the lifts/pits needed to check the suspension over.
