I've done Snowdon (pyg track) on its own, but last year i did the 3 peak challenge.. that is quite hardcore especially if you can't sleep in the mini bus as he's a bloody nutter.. was awake for 43 hours i think..

Crib goch is a crazy way... its just like a knife edge... scary... many people go that way thinking its snowdon its self.. then get stuck. First time i went to snowdon i was watching people on there hands and knees.. through my binoculars going that way...!

:lol: I'd love to do something like this. That does look like a painful fall if you were to have one.

I've done the tallest point in the Italian Appenines in my plimsoles, but to be fair though it was quite easy going, summer and only ~2200m. My feet hurt the next day though. :lol:
