this is not meant in a bad way but people made comments as this is what the club is for

from what i have read here ask yourself if this was ebay would your rating be 100% ? No! you would be about 97%

comms would be marked down and that makes people nervious

Ive only had one problem before with a certain member, and communication & customer service is important otherwise expect a backlash
