TBH although it is a pricey job however you do it, you can't really gripe too much as you will only be doing it every 60k/5 years ordinarily.

ive had a price for my cambelt water pump and tensioner fitted inc parts. all fluids. £340

Timing and balance belt was £235 from a Honda dealer a few months ago. Wish I'd had the tensioner done too really but the dealer didn't seem to think it was necessary.
