I've not had a cup of tea for 3 weeks cos sadly I can't plug in a kettle to this beach and boiling a pan of water is maximum effort. It's jobby really. :roll:

Seriously though I've been on a major diet change, nothing but fruit and seafood for the last 3 weeks. Notice the difference cutting out the 6-7 cups of a tea per day. Gotta say though my jobbies were extreme for a while but a few days I'm all levelled out.

If you can maintain a decent diet you shouldn't have to exercise all that much.

I work in a school and its scary to think of how much some of our kids are drinking this stuff. I'm not even talking about the premium makes that maybe have some proper 'brewing' but the cheap nasty stuff that can be bought in 1or2 litre bottle quantities. I regularly see kids knocking back a litre+ at Lunchtime and come back to class resembling a Pinball!

I believe these drinks should be restricted similar to Cigarettes and Alcohol. They are caffeinated stimulants that can have adverse affects on health. Never mind the Caffeine and high sugar levels there is evidence to show that it can lead to dehydration of the body and sleep deprivation - two of the most important requirements of our fragile bodies!

Hate the fcuking stuff! :lol:

lol, I couldn't afford the addiction!

Havent had an energy drink since Weds now so not doing too badly, had a few cups of coffee last night n then couldnt get to sleep till 3am, that wasn't fun lol

I've made it to the point where I only have real coffee before midday. After that it's pretend coffee only :lol:
