vets shouldn't be putting an otherwise healthy dog down without exploring options is the dog insured?

Yea that water thing looks like it could be good.
The dog isn't insured fs wish it was.
Got him back today at first it was very hard to look at him but not so bad now we showered him and he is in no pain but the back end it completely away fs. Hopefully we can get him sorted out as couldn't have him like this the rest of his life
