4G Alignment/Geometry/Tracking?

I need to get my 4th Gen's alignment done before the MOT next month.
Could someone tell me the factory setup so that I can inform the garage.

I know that Rich (PerformanceAutoworks) posted this information up somewhere but I can't find it now.

Well i can't help with this, but did garage shouldn't have all details on the system

Basic factory geo settings for 4G a follows, bear in mind the factory tolerance range is quite wide so even if within the range it may not be desirable.
I will add a more or less ideal spec alongside for standard car ie not lowered/"fast road" setup

Front Camber - 1.00 deg neg to 1.00 deg pos ( 0.5 to 0.75 deg negative ideal)
Front Toe - 2mm toe out to 2mm toe in (0mm to 0.5mm Toe in ideal)
Front Castor - 1 deg 40min to 3 deg 40min (2.5 to 3 deg ideal and important to be equal both sides)
Rear Camber - 0.25 deg neg to 1.25 deg neg (0.75 neg ideal)
Rear Toe - 0mm to 4mm toe in (2mm toe in ideal)
