Just disable js, the site will still run fine. If you're using IE9 you're able to disable it easily and only for the one tab so it won't affect the rest of your browsing

Planning on making a mini-server, mainly to host a Minecraft server/backup our Steam games to (so if something goes pop, we don't have to download almost a terabyte of games). Those Intel Atom boards seem like they'd be quite good. Got one in the CarPC.
