Did anyone see the documentary about this on BBC2 last week?
Its called Space Dive and is available on iplayer for a couple more days.

well worth watching in hd, some of the shots are incredible

Agreed. I watched it in 3d, and even though it was converted from 2d (rather than being filmed in 3d so getting full effects) it was still very impressive.

Just watched it as well, even though I watched it live on the day, still felt really anxious watching it again...would love to try and attempt something crazy like that without having heart failure first. Thanks Andy for the reminder.
