yes we can save the quote and its valid, but if it gets deleted by mistake, or change the date/time

we have been moving more and more towards commercial, only matter of time really

car insurance is royal pain..
Ah, that's not so bad then.

Car insurance is more hassle than it is worth half the time. We will always struggle to compete on the high street as long as people are happy to type answers to questions they don't really understand on a computer screen and press a button to buy a policy which they don't really understand the terms and conditions. Then of course moan like drokk when it is finally underwritten when a human gets involved at the time of claim, rather than underwritten at inception, and find out they aren't insured as they thought they were!

It doesnt effect him now as its over the 5 years you have to declare any claims on, initially he didnt know until an insurance company cancelled his policy for non declaration of a claim, Thats when it all came to light.
That could have been resolved, honestly.

He's drokked now if he has a non disclosure cancellation on his record too!

Aviva could have removed the claim from CUE in the circumstances.

I'm with Aviva (not Aviva Direct though, but the Broker market) and they have been great. They agreed to not write my old Accord off and gave me full cash value to get it repaired (wing damage), even upped the offer by £150 as i had leather seats which i bought from ebay for £50 and irrelevant to the claim really. Every mod i have has been agreed normal terms and they have always negotiated on the renewal rate.

I'd be reluctant to change. I wouldn't deal with India though, it's Norwich for me!
