You can cut down the shadow by as others have said, play with your flash location and not standing so close to the backdrop.

Nitin, that's typical 'high key' (overexposed!) photography and I do a lot of it in the studio.
You are on the right lines - I had a quick look at the ones of your setup on facebook, I really think the left hand flash wasnt firing all the time as the shadow is harsh. I'll also bet it was a sync/ambient light issue

Easily sorted, can show it all on Friday mate, it's really just a case a case of knowing your kit TBH.

I didn't think the flash was firing my self.

It was flashing but camera was too late to capture it.

What shutter speed/aperture were you using?
