Just weld the diff, miles cheaper than a LSD, Couple of downsides, you get a bit of understeer on roundabouts (Both wheels are try to push you forward) and the inner wheel skips when parking (As it can't turn at a different speed to the outside one)

Iv driven an E36 328 briefly and it was ok. Lots of potential.
But i much prefer the feel of my dad e46 330ci M-Sport. Again loads of potential.

But i agree. Not as sharp as the the Lude.

E46's have electronic aids, not the good aids

Even with traction control turned off it still kicks in, which isn't want you want for drifting :(

One of the guys brought up his new 330 on Sat and no matter what he tried he couldn't get it to stop messing around with what he wanted it to do

Take the frikkin fuses out of the box i reckon

like jezzer does when he was filming for the sweeney

@tramroad: interesting. all my current research had said hard to find. You are the right man to know!

@ratty: all the drift cars iv been in so far have felt like soggy fag ends with erectile dysfunction so im not expecting it to feel like the lude. just something different.

@ammo: ok so a welded diff will not kill me unless i ask it to? I will keep that in mind. much cheaper option for sure!
