Self taught too over many years doing various things from full print design (using other Adobe Suite programs too mind), to playing with Virtual modded cars. Most taught from many a book and online tutorials - no specific sites, just google what I needed to learn how to do at the time and it all then just gels together.

There's still further things to learn - always learning! :D

I have just got my Macbook pro (2007) restored with the latest Lion operating system and full CS6 Creative Suite - loving it! 8-)

We havn't actually got a photoshop thread? People ask for photoshop requests of there cars or ask for how-tos to do it themselves. Might be a good idea? :?

I use paint.net which is free and pretty good for graphics and web stuff like shapes, colours, layers, tracing etc. Not really for photo editing, but is's sooo much easier to use than Photoshop.
