^ that.
I'm not bothered either way. 10 mins at 75 degrees is usually enough to kill most harmful bacteria. So an hour or so at 200 will certainly do the job.
I don't get put off food bris
I've worked waist deep in human excrement for hours and then happily gone and had lunch, not to mention the multitude of other gross places I've had to spend a day. The things I've seen.

Imagine a pool about 16ft deep, and around the same area dimensions as an Olympic swimming pool. Now imagine at one end there's a pump that breaks down when it's due for maintenance, but the guy that fixes the pump needs a scaffold to reach it. The pool isn't quite drained, has around 3-4ft of jobby still in it with a surface film that's stable enough for rats to run across. Not to mention sanitary towels, huge gatherings of shitty tissue and some brave plants attempting to grow on the top. Time to don the hazard suits!
Pretty much your average sewage treatment works.

Glad I'm a student again now and all I have to worry about is my fruit flies dying.
