while trying to lift in an alfasud engine from underneath it slipped off the jack and hit my head lol

As some of you know, I'm a pro skater. I fell a few years ago and broken my left wrist, the bone came thru my skin. With the adrenaline pumping, I tried to push the bone back in
It obviously didn't work, I had surgery, pins etc...it healed and got back on my skates. About 2 weeks into getting back on my skates....I fell again and did the exact same injury to my right wrist, I remembered not to try and push the bone back in 2nd time round

I think it's surprising the amount of damage you can do to yourself without realising as well, like the old manifold of mine had metal cable ties holding the heat wrap on. When these were trimmed down they were cut down at an angle that was ridiculously sharp. When changing the front engine mount I ended up with cuts all over my hands but didn't realise until I brought my hands out the bay. Blood all over the place
