well done paul, I've been tt for over 14 months now, its bloody hard work, I've recently done voluntary work on helping others who are trying to overcome this legal addiction, please don't give up, for me, a.a. wasn't an avenue I wished to explore after a couple of visits to local meetings, but keep it up, either way.

I need to restore some balance to this thread before we become partial to a Henry with the Christians on a Saturday night out.

Had the afternoon off today, took the missus out for a steak for lunch and enjoyed a 3B's shandy.

Done a bit of shopping and jobby, tinkered with the Civic, now sat in the garden in the sun enjoying a glass of red with a cider chaser.

As Roy Castle once said, "moderation's what you need....". Or was that dedication....

sorry, shiny, but you are not adding anything positive to pauls dilemma, you obviously do not understand the core issue at hand. Paul, we may have more time, if you wish, to discuss this issue at more depth once I,m back in the U.K. In the meantime, keep up the good progress you've already made
