It is annoying but then saying that...I'm also slightly hypocritical as I used to smoke...up until around 5 years ago. But hey...guess I'm showing my old age (I'm 26) complaining about anything that I can lol

To be fair there is a genetic link to obesity (don't have the gene code to hand) but it's quite rare, I think in some extreme cases someone could legitamately claim disability but it would require testing etc. Who's gonna pay for that?

More likely input > output for most of the claimants tbh

But it is! You are physcally unable to stop putting food in your mouth. Thats a ''cant do'' so is a disability.

I know from experience the only way you get fat (ok donald, but for the minute few actual fatties) is to eat more than you do. Simple. Its been shown what happens to the fat when you lose it. You breath it out as carbon dioxide.... You breath it out...

Thats why you can only lose so much without exercise. There is a basic limit to the number of times a day you breath and without speeding that up the chemical reacton will only happen so fast.
