Yeah easy fixes for the most part, and not a spec of rust in sight <3 Anybody have any recommendations for getting a new upper track arm in a reasonable time? I cant really be bothered to wait for the 6weeks Eurocarparts are offering!

If it's just the upper ball joint, you can get them on ebay for a tenner.

Thought they were welded into the assembly on the 4th gen, the manual says replace the whole thing! I've got an aftermarket one coming from lings next week now.

Nope, they press out without too much effort. Held in by a circlip and friction. I did all 4 of mine.

Well I'll have a crack at pressing out the old one when I put the new in, if its possible then I may as well replace the other side and rears like that.

Great success! She passed the test today, god it feels good to be back in the lude again. I'll get some photos of her up when shes had a wash.

Thanks to Preludemanh22 for the ps pump, its no longer a full upper body workout to drive!
