As said, make sure everything is all good and not damaged, as pushki says - don't pay in cash, do it all properly thru PayPal. I've seen the ad too, at the end of the day, you haven't miss sold the goods, so you don't even have to give him a refund to be honest!

the word "used" was in the ad 4 times and it quite clearly stated you wanted 4% fees added ;)
you should raise a dispute that he didn't pay for goods in full ;)

Why are you even entertaining this.

Some people just take the body lemonade. I have been selling on forums and ebay for ages. This is another reason why I do not accept 'gift money' through paypal.
