Sorry to hear it; check your dampers and a four-wheel alignment would be in order.

Check alloys for cracks.

I'd bet the stupid slit was txting; it's far worse than driving pissed and a real & present danger, as they say. Sounds like she's a self-confessed menace.

Some people are just terrible drivers.

I can remember when I was a small(er) lad, my mum crashed her car into the boat that had been sitting on our driveway for about a year and a half. The thing was 30 foot long as well so it's not hard to miss.

Sounds like you had a near miss there man, but a damn lucky escape!!

My ex used to do that, she'd have blackouts whilst driving and I used to just grab the steering wheel to keep the car steering straight! In America, that apparently is fine, but me being colour blind is grounds for not having a driver's licence?????

Bristol City Council in their wisdom started to build traffic calming measures in Knowle Lane by St Peters Hospice last year(for those who know the area) The signs were absent and the sun was low and in my eyes and I belted the raised kerb at 20 MPH. The Lude seemed to take off with an almighty bang. Damage to the car nil. Damage to thumb joint very painfull for 6 months. Never curl your thumb around the spokes of the steering wheel. while I was there two other cars did the same thing. Peugot206 suspension just disintergrated,BMW 3 series trashed a nice alloy wheel.
