In that case, if the mech is fine, it's likely the lever system inside the caliper itself
On a plus note, the rear calipers on all 4th and 5th gen ludes are identical. So your options for spares are huge.

Yep, rear calipers are all the same for 4th and 5th gens - regardless of 4ws/2ws or 2.0/2.2/2.3 etc
