That age group is a stupid one at best. They should be grouping 20 > 39 really as at 15 > 20 you dont really have your resting weight yet.

I also know I'm a little over weight for my height anyway, the scales tell me that. BMI doesn't scale properly to height anyway, nor does it account for muscle mass.

bmi is the most useless measurement ever invented it gives no allowance for muscle mass etc. I really cant believe the medical profession use it at all to be honest it should be thrown on the scrap heap.

yeh its useless, but most of you had a go anyway :lol: and its now 2 pages long :lol: :twisted: 8-)

has anyone else noticed that all posts relating to muscle hasnt posted there score :think: wonder if that also the case for relaxed muscle :lol: :lol:

Well I trump the lot of you with 32! :shock:

I'll admit I could lose a few pounds, but I aint that bad! As said it does not consider build or muscle content. I mean I add at least a stone with the beast in my pants! :lol:
