Not sure if this is the same for all JDMs but mine is limited to something daft like 62mph, so whilst I can cruise motorways I can only do it in the slow lane... and I know I wouldn't want to do that for 500+ miles (it was hard enough doing it on my 80 mile trip on Wednesday)!

Ah yeah, forgot about that! Easily fixed, find a UKDM CC control unit from a UK H22 or H23 car, and swap it in. Works properly after that.

Same as bennyboy, I get more on CC. Seem to get better MPG on V-Power than regular as well although (probably misunderstanding something here) the A8 has a knock sensor like the JDM engines so... something something.

Also, I tend to have my tyres just a little higher, like 34 on the front, but I like it like that :D
Luton is about 10 miles up the road from me, if I wasn't working I'd say 'hi' and have a gander at your new car, but alas I am working. All bleedin day. As usual. :|
Cruise will certainly be in use, to keep within speed limits mainly.

Working huh? That's cool, just leave the keys behind the front o/s tyre and I'll do the same, cheers for the swap :)

62 mph? Boo!! Well that's my license saving mode out the window!

I now wanna say Something Dark Side

I wonder if the Spoon chip removes that limiter as it does to the regular speed limiter?

As a one off, no, dont panic, but i steer clear of all supermarket fuels TBH. I Run only on V-Power, I look at it as a pay-as-you-go....makes me feel better anyway :D
