Thanks lads. I'm hurting but just glad it could of been so much worse. I had just got to the back of the car and bent down to start digging and bag, 30seconds sooner the 4x4 would of trapped me between both cars it would of been game over as I would of been bent down :/ crackers

BUT that didn't happen so I'm doing the lottery haha

3 yrs ago I got stuck in snow on a dual carriage way & everyone just kept charging past. It was
bloody scary

After that experience I bought 2 Rover 600 steel wheels from a scrap yard for £10 & 2 part-worn
snow tyres off ebay. As soon as snow is forecast I stick them on & now enjoy driving in the
snow rather than sh*tting myself. :)

At least now if someone is sliding out of control I have more chance of getting out of their way.

I've now logged a formal complaint against the officers that attended! Just show how some of the cops are, I went to my local station to try to get the driver that hit us details, to find they had reported we had them NO THEY WOULDBT GIVE THEM TO US, that no one was injured I WAS TRAPPED UNDER MY CAR AND DRAGED DOWN THE ROAD and to top it off they didn't breath test us even though its policy to do so in a RTI.. Turns out they new the bloke who hit us so it's obvious they are covering for them.. Looks like a sort of investigation is going to start now..

I'm now starting to really hurt, my ribs are killing and so is my left shoulder!

Iv been told not to go to A&E as its not an emergency iv seen my GP and I'm going to see my medical officers on base tomorrow for a full check but my god I'm in pain haha..

I'm taking it as far up as its possible now!

I wasn't in the lude i was in the daily vectra. It's a write off I think

Needs a new
Front R/H Wing
Bumper
Grill
Fog lights
Head lights
Front end respray
Rear bumper respray
And L/H 1/3 needs a respray
Engine light is on
Front end is nocking when turning the wheel
Nice puddle of PAS fluid I's on the floor now to

What do I need to do with regards to the everything and reporting of the PC's that attended iv put in a formal complaint at my local station but they where not the best with trying to help me with the fact they tried to talk me out of it.

Iv rang my insurance told them whats happened and logged a claim, they've also logged an injuries claim.

Sould I ring a loca solicitors for advice on a claim with the police?
