Sag Bhajee is nice but haven't had that for years. That's a Punjabi cuisine so not cooked in my house that often. Ill try and get the recipe! It's meant to be a bit runny!

Noooo. Runny sag is bad. I judge a restaurant on the quality of their sag Bhajee, it will always be slimey, but shouldn't be runny.

Sag should be runny and sloppy but does depend.
My partners gran has made it like that since living in Indian 70 years ago.
