True, but generally speaking people with 2WS sub frames aren't looking to add complexity, and the reason people with 4WS subframes switch to 2WS is that it's likely less hassle to swap it out for a simpler system than try and diagnose each and every part. It's usually the last resort when the diagnostic attempts have failed.

It's a complicated system, and it's not light. I get why race cars don't have it as standard. As for being used in more sports coupe's, I believe Nissan/Renault brought it back recently no?

Good man, I've yet to experience ATTS - some day maybe 8-)

You actually feel connected to the front AND rear wheels and its proven 100% reliable.
My old 3rd gen' was amazing to drive. :ugeek:
I haven't tried the new electronic 4WS and I'm actually quite glad I don't have it.

had a 4ws 3rd gen and thought it was awsome when you locked it round whilst going slow, felt like you were going sideways in a rwd car.
4ws in a 4th gen however is a totally different kettle of fish, the bag o bum droppings was far too big for the autotests really but the 4ws helped you enormously to get the thing out of shape to set it up for a corner.
on the other hand whilst attempting a roundabout 1 snowing evening in it i found myself having to take the exit before i wanted as it just threw itself sideways on it and as i corrected it there was an available exit in front of me which i took to avoid crashing.
4ws has its benefits in some areas but i think there are probably more negatives involved if your on the ragged edge.

@indigo: i agree with all your points. 2ws is sometimes the last resort. i have to agree with TRM in that at the edge 4ws gets too complicated for its own good.. its cool but its not for serious spanking.
6th gen Prelude please Mr Honda. RWD 2.4 turbo lude.

the reason it is removed on skylines is there rwd, defeats the object of having rwd. you already have 4ws with high power rwd  but fwd could be different, i dont know as i have never driven one, so im nutral :D
