If it's a server it likely looks like white text on a black background :D

I use the desktop version on my laptop, is there any advantage of using the netbook one? My laptop is about 7 years old so not great spec lol

Netbook one is really tweaked to give you more screen space (as most netbooks have a 1024x600 screen). Not sure there is much in the way of speed enhancements. Would be simple enough to try it though?
