Thankfully my insurance company (Sky) went "6 points? Meh!" and my premium even went down £50 come renewal time :D

The thing that really gets me about speed vans (not sure is this a only Scottish thing) its not police personell that man them, its some 3rd party company. How come it's illegal to impersonate the police and they get away with it?

I don't know what the definition is but I got my one years ago or overtaking an undercover beat cop police car :x It lasts for a year then goes. It's not a conviction.

Stay away from Admiral they will load your insurance for that and the speed awareness course. I have to pay an extra £69.50 a year for the next 5 years if I stay with them for a no fault accident when I was not even in the car and it cost them sod all(guess who will not renew with them next time!!
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

LO All :D

Got a letter today asking if i want to attend a speed awareness course , going to cost £91 but no points.
So i will prob go on it as it's going to cost £60 plus 3 points otherwise.

Funny thing is i was aware of my speed i just didn't think i was speeding

OH well , will give them a ring tommorow and arrange one :D

Cheers ;)
