Here here!!! Waste of breath and life he's already wasted too much of your time, not worth wasting anymore.....as much as you probably feel like re-arranging his face >:)

To start with, I will say that Sky Insurance are a broker, and will deal with companies other than Chaucer, so don't go looking away from Sky just yet if you've been happy with their service as a broker.
I will then add that there is no point emailing that to him, as there may be repercussions. Last thing you'd want is for him to think of forwarding that onto your insurers and moaning about something or other. No point opening a can of worms that's already been closed.

A friend of mine was towing his race-car trailer & over-took a cyclist (1) following another cyclist (2). Once his car had passed 1, 1 then pulled out to pass 2, without realising my friend had a trailer. The trailer hit 1 & knocked him off his bike.
My friend stopped & 1 stated it was all his fault & he wasn't hurt. My friend offered to take him to hospital
& get him checked over to make sure. 1 said it wasn't necessary. They exchanged insurance details.
My friend then gets a letter from his insurance company saying he was at fault for knocking down 1 & they would be paying out.
He lost his no claim discount & was told it was not in his interest to protest the decision!
I hate liars & insurance companies

Worst one is when their ambulance chasers tell you you've a good case, waste time with private dicks & interviews & then when it is in danger of getting to court & they've earned lots of fees already, frapping their pants & insisting you settle 50/50 or else...which would have been the outcome in the first place.

chaucer are a lloyds company
thats why you had problems, they are jobby
they cant even quote for themselves, we have to do it for them then fax it in to get a price, ridiculous all other companys have faclities to quote for themselves
good legal or accident managment service makes all the difference these days
