Just find some level ground and park the car on it mate, that's good enough for an oil check. Take a football with you, plonk it on the floor, if it doesn't roll away then the ground is flat enough to do your oil.

I take it you park your car in the same spot everyday? I usually service the car at my parents (in a nice big garage :) ) So when I fill the car with oil I know its to the max level. My house has a drive on a slope so when I get back up the road I will check the level first thing in the morning. Now I know the oil is at max so I just look to see where the oil level is now when the cars on my drive, if it needs topped up I fill it to there, easy! 8-)
